FIRST LEVEL

SELF-TREATMENT

           Self-treatment consists in placing the hands on our body. The Light that flows through the hands will always have a vibration higher than the rest of the body. Hence, in order to increase our personal vibration and cure ourselves of some ailments, all we have to do is place the hands on our body and let the energy go wherever it is needed. I should mention here that all ailment or disease first appears in our subtle fields as a lack of energy or an accumulation of negative energies or malefic entities, and only later it appears in the physical body as disease. Consequently, through self-treatment, our body is cleansed of negative energies and entities and the necessary energetic balance of our body is recovered, thus preventing or eliminating certain ailments or diseases.

POSITIONS OF THE HANDS DURING SELF-TREATMENT

 

The head – top of the head – hemispheres – forehead – nape – ears – eyes;
The neck – the neck chakra, at the front, at the back and sideways;
The chest – lungs above the heart chakra – the heart chakra – breasts – the solar plexus;
The abdomen – above the bellybutton – the second chakra – below the nave;
The back – the same way up and down.

 

1. One hand on the 1st chakra, the other hand on the 7th chakra;
2. One hand on the 2nd chakra, the other hand on the 6th chakra;
3. One hand on the 3rd chakra, the other hand on the 5th chakra;
4. Both hands on the 4th chakra (that of the heart).

 

 

HOW TO MAKE A COMPLETE TREATMENT

           For the 1st Reiki level:
We clean the room with a scented stick or with incense, we announce the intention of making a Reiki treatment, and we ask the Light entities to come, support, make and guide the treatment. The practitioner washes his / her hands before beginning the treatment. The treatment positions are followed, in order to balance the chakras, and at the end we do the Fire Stick. This process consists of the energizing of the spine and the cleansing of the main energetic channel. It is done by holding one hand on the nape and the other on the coccyx. It can be done by getting the hands closer and closer to each other all over the spine so that the main channel is well cleansed.
At the end we thank the Light guides for the given help and a prayer should also be said to thank God for the help, the gifts and the Light received.

TREATMENT FOR THE BROKEN BONES

        Before treating a broken bone we should make sure that it is in the right place, otherwise it won’t heal well.

TREATMENT FOR THE ANIMALS

        The treatment for the animals follows the same principle as that for people, but it should be adapted to the various situations or animals. For a dog, we should begin with the head and end with the tail. The same for a horse, or a few meters away – beeming. But what can we do in the case of a fish? It can be easily done by energizing the water it lives in, or from the distance ( 2nd Reiki Level).
If an animal refuses treatment, do not insist, they are a lot more sensitive than we are, and they know when they need to receive energy or when they don’t. If you insist and they won’t accept the treatment, they will consider it an attack and will react as such.

TREATMENT FOR THE PLANTS

        Plants also need Light, they need to be taken care of, cleansed of negative energies, and they help us when we need it even though we don’t realize it. We can energize the soil where they grow, the water we give them, or directly energize the plant.

TREATMENT OF YOUNG CHILDREN

         Warning! In order to treat a small child, we need the mother’s permission or if that is not possible, the father’s permission. Without their consent we are NOT allowed to treat the child. The treatment must be done in the presence of one of the parents.

WARNING! THE INFECTIONS

Reiki treatments are not done for appendicitis, tonsillitis and other such cases. Light must not be given to infections, since they are produced by viruses, microorganisms that grow stronger under the influence of Light.
Treatment of infections can be done on condition the therapist have a higher inner vibration than the infection itself. Microorganisms resist only up to a certain level of vibration, which once overcome by the therapist, Reiki treatment can also be done in the case of infections.

THE ENERGIZING OF FOOD AND DRINK

It is ideal for food and drink that we consume daily, be cleansed of negative energies and then energized. With Reiki this can be easily done. We give Light to the food using our hands for 5-10 minutes. The cleansing of food and drink is very important for whatever we introduce in our body determines our vibration, personal cleanness, health and protection against the evil.

     Reiki is not a means of diagnosis. Making a diagnosis or changing medication are totally forbidden. The patient can be asked to have medical investigations done, then go to a doctor for diagnosis and change of medication.
